My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage financial processes and support their dynamic team in their brand-new office.Day-to-day of the role:Manage all aspects of purchase ledger and expense processing for the business to aid the timely and accurate completion of key Finance reports.Handle purchase invoice processing and issue resolution for all Group companies.Process expenses and resolve issues for all Group companies.Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any resulting queries and discrepancies.Manage the P2P System, maximizing its functionality.Prepare and maintain a month-end accrual schedule.Prepare month-end payment runs, mid-month payment runs during peak periods, monthly expenses payments, and other ad hoc payments upon request.Address supplier queries promptly and accurately.Required Skills and Qualifications:A finance background with experience in Purchase Ledger is essential.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, preferably Sage.Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Benefits:25 days annual holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
