This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, taking ownership of purchase ledger and expense processes while supporting ongoing system and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices and manage queries across multiple entitiesHandle employee expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issuesReconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepanciesSupport and enhance the purchase?to?pay (P2P) system to maximise efficiencyPrepare accrual schedules to support month?end closeAssist with regular and ad?hoc payment runs, including supplier and expense paymentsRespond promptly to supplier queries and maintain strong relationshipsAbout YouPrevious experience within Accounts Payable / Purchase LedgerConfident using Excel and finance systems (Sage experience advantageous)Solid understanding of accounting processes and controlsHighly organised with strong attention to detailOfferingHybrid workingEnhanced pension contributionFlexi?time25 days holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
