Client informationOur client is a leading engineering organisation operating within the utilities sector, delivering complex infrastructure and project solutions.Proposals Engineer roles and responsibilities Prepare mechanical or electrical estimates, proposals, and tender documentation in line with agreed procedures and deadlines. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to develop technically and commercially viable tender submissions. Work closely with commercial and engineering teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness of bids. Support client engagement activities including presentations, meetings, and technical discussions. Maintain tender records, cost data, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating and tendering processes.Proposals Engineer requirements HNC/HND or degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or similar). Demonstrable experience within the water/wastewater sector or a similar engineering environment. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience with estimating or engineering systems. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
