Property Surveyor

A well-established boutique property consultancy in London is seeking a Commercial Surveyor with circa 2 years'' post-qualified experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a diverse commercial property portfolio while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment. The Role You''ll be involved in a broad range of professional surveying instructions across commercial property, supporting clients including investors, occupiers, landlords and developers. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out commercial property inspections and valuations Undertaking landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals Managing a varied commercial property portfolio Providing property management and asset management support Preparing reports and delivering advice to clients Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and agency instructions About You MRICS qualified with approximately 2 years PQE Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline Commercial surveying experience within private practice or consultancy Strong understanding of the London commercial property market Excellent report writing and client-facing skills Full UK driving licence preferred What''s on Offer Salary up to 45,000 Discretionary bonus scheme Pension contribution Ongoing professional development support Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Clear progression within a growing boutique practice ..... full job details .....
