Property Surveyor

A well-established boutique property consultancy in London is seeking a Commercial Surveyor with circa 2 years'' post-qualified experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a diverse commercial property portfolio while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You''ll be involved in a broad range of professional surveying instructions across commercial property, supporting clients including investors, occupiers, landlords and developers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out commercial property inspections and valuations
• Undertaking landlord & tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals
• Managing a varied commercial property portfolio
• Providing property management and asset management support
• Preparing reports and delivering advice to clients
• Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and agency instructions

About You

• MRICS qualified with approximately 2 years PQE
• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline
• Commercial surveying experience within private practice or consultancy
• Strong understanding of the London commercial property market
• Excellent report writing and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
