Property Surveyor

We are recruiting for an experienced Property Surveyor to join a leading Social Housing provider based in Kingston upon Thames supporting property services across the local region on a one year fixed term contract. As Property Surveyor , you will be reporting in to the Head of Asset Investment and Programmes and to help ensure that the group delivers its Major Works and Cyclical programmes whilst ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and value for money. The role will also work closely with the Property Managers, helping to provide technical expertise and presence on the ground to undertake routine and ad hoc inspections.
