This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Practice Surveyor, Estates Surveyor or Commercial Asset Manager with strong landlord and tenant experience to take responsibility for a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will manage a broad range of estate management matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, commercial lettings, valuations, acquisitions, disposals and asset management, while providing professional property advice to internal and external stakeholders. The role offers a highly competitive £500 Umbrella per day, an immediate start and the potential for the contract to be extended or become permanent.
