Property Surveyor

Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) Salary: 56,650 per annum 35 Hours per Week The Role: We are seeking a Property Surveyor to support the delivery of major works, planned maintenance, cyclical programmes, and asset investment initiatives across a varied residential property portfolio. Working closely with asset management and property teams, you will provide technical expertise, undertake inspections and surveys, and ensure investment programmes deliver excellent resident outcomes and value for money. This role combines stock condition surveying, contract management, building safety compliance, and project delivery, making it an excellent opportunity for a surveying professional looking to contribute to the long-term sustainability and performance of housing assets. Key Responsibilities: Undertake stock condition surveys and property inspections, maintaining accurate asset management information. Support the delivery of major works, planned maintenance and cyclical investment programmes. Prepare specifications, tender documentation and works schedules for investment projects. Manage contractors, consultants and Employer''s Agents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Monitor building safety compliance and ensure statutory and regulatory obligations are met. Carry out HHSRS inspections and provide recommendations for remedial works.
