Commercial Property Surveyor - Lease Advisory and Transactions Central London - 55,000- 75,000 + car allowance + bonus A leading commercial property consultancy is looking for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join their Central London Landlord and Tenant / Transaction Management team. The role: Advising landlord and occupier clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease advisory matters Running transactions end to end: acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations Managing client relationships and building your own instruction pipeline Working across a mixed commercial portfolio (office-led, some retail/industrial) What we''re looking for: MRICS qualified (or very close to sitting APC) 2+ years PQE in landlord and tenant, transaction management or asset management Central London market experience preferred Strong client relationship skills, comfortable running instructions independently On offer: Clear path to Associate/Senior Surveyor Genuine variety across sectors and clients Hybrid working, strong support structure Interested or want to hear more before applying?
