Position: Property SurveyorLocation: NottinghamshireSalary: 43,000 - 45,000 per annum + packageContract Type: Long term freelance with temp-perm possible if wantedStart date: Immediately available Role Overview:As a Property Surveyor, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our property portfolio. You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, identifying defects, preparing specifications, managing contractors, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards. This role is crucial in helping us deliver safe, well-maintained homes for our residents, in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
