Position: Property SurveyorLocation: Nottinghamshire or DerbyshireSalary: 43,000 - 53,000 per annum + packageContract Type: PermanentStart date: Interviews immediately available Role Overview:As a Property Surveyor, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the property portfolio. You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, identifying defects, preparing specifications, managing contractors, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards. This role is crucial in helping deliver safe, well-maintained homes for our residents, in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
