Property Solicitor (Landlord and Tenant)

Overview

We are working with a well-regarded London (Fulham) practice who are seeking a

Locum Solicitor

to provide cover during an upcoming period of annual leave.Role Details

Dates:

1 – 10 October 2025 (approx. 5 working days within this period, exact days to be agreed)Location:

Fulham-based firm (within approx. 1¼ hours travel distance)Caseload:

Landlord and Tenant work with a focus on

collective enfranchisement

and

lease extensions ; Transactional work including

commercial property

and

residential conveyancing

(residential makes up c.10–15%)Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor – ideally with senior-level experienceStrong background in

landlord and tenant law , especially enfranchisement and lease extensionsAbility to manage a mixed caseload with minimal supervisionAvailable to provide short-term cover in OctoberThis is a fantastic opportunity to support a respected London practice known for its expertise in property law and commitment to delivering excellent client service.How to Apply
