In-house Property Solicitor

Overview

Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor with a residential background to join their highly respected in-house legal team.Based in London this company does offer hybrid working and would consider candidates looking to work in the office 3-4 days per week.Responsibilities

Handle a variety of interesting and high-quality residential property work.Carry out property due diligence / residential conveyancing transactions.Work self-sufficiently and be able to stand on your own two feet.Requirements

A background completing Residential Property transactions relating to freehold, leasehold, residential landlord and tenant matters.Comfortable completing property due diligence / residential conveyancing transactions.Qualified Solicitor, a Chartered Legal Executive or CLC.Candidate able to work self-sufficiently.What we offer
