Property ParalegalOA are recruiting for a Property Paralegal to join our client s busy and established conveyancing team in Enfield.The Property Paralegal will provide support to conveyancing solicitors, assisting with the progression of property files and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive legal professional with previous conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.Location: EnfieldHours: Monday-FridaySalary: £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experienceProperty Paralegal • 20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays • Up to 4 additional discretionary days at Christmas • Company pension • On-site parking • Opportunities for professional development and training • Supportive and friendly working environmentProperty Paralegal Key Responsibilities • Assist with the opening, management and closing of conveyancing files. • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and appropriately filed. • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties. • Provide regular updates to clients and respond to queries professionally. • Prepare legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements, under the supervision of a conveyancing solicitor. • Assist with the preparation and submission of property searches. • Raise enquiries and review responses as part of the ..... full job details .....
