Property Manager This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent estate agency as a Property Manager in North Somerset. You''ll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies run smoothly and properties are well maintained and fully compliant. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering a high level of service. The Role Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently. Manage tenancy renewals, rent-related matters and the end-of-tenancy process, including deposits. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service. Work closely with the wider team About You We''re looking for an organised and proactive individual who is confident managing a busy workload, dealing with landlords and tenants and resolving issues effectively. You''ll have: Previous experience within property management, lettings or similar would be advantageous. Strong customer service and communication skills.
