Commercial Property Manager £45,000 - £50,000 Basic £60,000+ OTE Profit Share Experienced in commercial property management and looking for an opportunity to take ownership of an established and growing commercial division? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious commercial property professional to take responsibility for an established commercial division within a successful and growing property business. With an existing small but growing commercial department, this is a hands-on role initially, with a significant long-term opportunity for the right person to build and lead a much larger commercial property division. You will have three clear objectives: Manage the existing portfolio to an excellent standard Review the department and drive it towards sustainable profitability Actively grow the portfolio by winning new landlords and commercial management instructions The Role As a Commercial Property Manager, you will: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the existing commercial portfolio Manage landlord and tenant relationships Oversee maintenance, repairs and contractor management Conduct property inspections Manage compliance and relevant commercial property legislation Deal with lease-related and ongoing tenancy matters Resolve day-to-day property and management issues Ensure landlords receive a proactive and professional service Review how the commercial department currently operates Identify opportunities to ..... full job details .....
