Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Block Management team in Elstree, managing a portfolio of residential developments. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of a portfolio of residential blocks. Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections and contractors. Manage service charge budgets and expenditure. Assist with major works and Section 20 consultations. Deal with leaseholder enquiries, complaints and correspondence. Attend AGMs, client meetings and site inspections as required. Ensure properties are managed in line with leases, legislation and health and safety requirements. Maintain accurate records using QUBE. About You Previous experience in residential block management is essential. Good understanding of leasehold and service charge management. QUBE experience is highly desirable but not essential ARLA / IRPM qualification or equivalent Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a portfolio independently and work to deadlines. Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
