The role can be tailored to suit your experience and career aspirations. An experienced Property Manager looking to lead a small team of Property Managers can earn up to £40,000 per annum. For someone who prefers to focus on managing their own portfolio without team leadership responsibilities, the salary is up to £31,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end. Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Coordinating maintenance, repairs and in-house contractors through to resolution. Carrying out property inspections, check-ins and check-outs. Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes. Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation. Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Keeping property records and internal systems up to date.
