You''ll be joining a team of four Property Managers collectively responsible for approximately 750 fully managed properties, with a defined role and dedicated support from our pre-tenancy and credit control teams. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service. Responsibilities Maintenance Management Handling maintenance enquiries from tenants and landlords Diagnosing and prioritising maintenance issues Liaising with contractors and arranging works Obtaining quotes and securing appropriate approvals Monitoring works through to completion Keeping landlords and tenants updated Reviewing invoices and ensuring works are appropriately closed down Managing urgent and emergency maintenance situations Property Visits and Inspections Reviewing Property Visit reports Identifying ..... full job details .....
