Property Manager Location: SE12 (Office based) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Property Manager We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join their well established and growing Property Management team. You''ll be joining a team of four Property Managers collectively responsible for their fully managed properties, with a defined role and dedicated support from our pre-tenancy and credit control teams. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service. Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you''ll be responsible for the ongoing management of your portfolio from move-in through to the end of the tenancy. You''ll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed, compliant and that issues are dealt with efficiently. Maintenance management Overseeing Property Visits and Inspections Compliance End of Tenancy Customer Service Essential experience Previous experience within residential Property Management A strong understanding of the property management lifecycle Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise competing workloads Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors Good problem-solving and ..... full job details .....
