This varied role will involve conducting regular property inspections, coordinating EPCs and Gas Safety Certificates, and ensuring properties remain fully compliant. You''ll also play an active role in business development through canvassing, prospecting, and generating referrals to help drive continued growth. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team looking after a large portfolio of properties. Property Management is a core element of our client''s business with many of their clients having been with them for years.
