The Property Manager is responsible for managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, overseeing all aspects of asset and property management including lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, tenant relations, and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising portfolio performance, providing strategic property advice, and driving long-term value across the estate.Client DetailsAn organisation within the property industry based in London.DescriptionA Property Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, maintaining a strong understanding of revenue performance, lease events, and local market conditions.Apply professional surveying expertise as part of the commercial property team.Manage tenant relationships, account enquiries, and rent arrears recovery.Conduct regular property and site inspections.Oversee all day-to-day property management activities.Manage landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, subletting, and alterations.Prepare and manage property budgets and forecasts.Coordinate and oversee refurbishment and improvement projects in conjunction with building surveyors.Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, on-site staff, and internal stakeholders.Support commercial property acquisitions and disposals.Negotiate easements and wayleaves as required.Ensure all property records and databases are maintained ..... full job details .....
