We manage 22 residential developments across London and the South East and pride ourselves on delivering a professional, personal and responsive service. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our small, friendly team. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential developments, including: Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, residents and contractors. Carrying out regular site inspections. Coordinating repairs, maintenance and planned works. Assisting with service charge budgets and expenditure. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation. Dealing with residents'' enquiries and resolving management issues. Preparing for and occasionally attending evening client meetings. Maintaining accurate records using our property management software. What We Are Looking For Previous residential block management experience is essential, ideally at least two years.
