The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background in residential property management who enjoys variety in their role. Unlike many traditional property management positions that involve managing a dedicated portfolio, this team operates collaboratively, with responsibilities shared across the department. This provides exposure to all aspects of residential property management, including maintenance, inspections, compliance, end-of-tenancy matters, and tenant and landlord relations. Key Responsibilities Managing residential tenancies from move-in through to move-out. Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging contractor appointments.
