You will be trusted to manage a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering a first-class experience for leaseholders, residents, clients, and stakeholders. The Role As Property Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful management of a residential leasehold portfolio, acting as the key point of contact between clients, residents, contractors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across your portfolio, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a proactive and professional service.
