Block Property Manager - (Croydon - Caterham Portfolio)£33,000 - £38,000pa + £3,600 Car Allowance + Mileage allowanceBlock Property Managers, are you looking for your next opportunity? If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be responsible for the delivery of management services to a property portfolio covering Croydon to Caterham.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of block property management experience, plenty of drive and determination, be numerate and literate and possess outstanding communication and people skills. A similar social housing background may also be considered. After the initial systems training, this role involves working from home 4 days per week and 1 day per week visiting 3 or 4 sites. You will also be required to attend the London office every other Friday for a team meeting.As Block Property Manager you will be responsible for: -Carrying out property Inspections and arranging maintenance: Inspections and ReportsOverseeing finance: Budgets and Client AccountsOverseeing Insurance: Building, Directors and Officers insuranceAttending meetings: AGMs, Directors'' and Residents'' meetingsAll related correspondence and administrationDealing with the breaches of the LeaseLiaising with ContractorsProperty sales administration duties (Assignment of the Lease)Dealing with enquiries and complaintsYou will need: -At least one year experience in a block property management role or a similar social housing roleStrong ..... full job details .....
