The Role As a Holiday Property Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of over 300 holiday cottages across North Norfolk, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey Take telephone bookings and advise guests on the most suitable holiday properties Support guests during their stay, resolving housekeeping and maintenance issues efficiently Liaise with the maintenance team and local contractors to coordinate repairs and property works Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly Process guest feedback and carry out any required follow-up actions Manage reservations and maintain accurate customer records using booking software Carry out regular property visits and inspections Build strong relationships with property owners, guests and contractors Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the wider team Holiday Property Manager Requirements: Previous customer service experience, ideally ..... full job details .....
