The Role As a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies Oversee the full tenancy management cycle Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation Manage maintenance issues and coordinate repairs efficiently Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors Handle property queries professionally and deliver excellent customer service Work closely with the wider lettings team to maintain high service standards Manage your workload effectively and contribute to the continued growth of the branch Property Manager / Senior Property Manager Requirements Previous experience within lettings, property management, estate agency or social housing Good understanding of current lettings legislation and upcoming legislative changes Strong communication and relationship-building skills ..... full job details .....
