Property Manager

Dove and Hawk are working alongside a well-established Property management company that is looking to expand its team in its Bromley office by hiring a Property Manager with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. With coverage local to the office across the Southeast region, this company offers excellent opportunities for future progression. Duties/Functions of the role: Managing a residential property portfolio of circa 120 properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance and contractor works Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and licensing requirements Managing tenancies from move-in through to check-out Resolving landlord and tenant queries efficiently Requirements of the Role: Minimum 3 years of specific Property Management experience Confident communicator (verbally and in writing) Ability to work well under pressure, with a degree of flexibility. Superb organisational and IT skills.
