Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Property Manager in their busy Weston-super-Mare branch. Role Overview This is a varied and hands-on role managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality property management services, handling everything from routine maintenance to compliance and end-of-tenancy processes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Duties Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of residential properties Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding maintenance issues and property matters Arrange and carry out property inspections, reporting back to landlords Ensure all legal and safety compliance requirements are up to date Manage tenancy renewals and rent recovery policies Handle end-of-tenancy processes, including check-outs and deposit negotiations Notify utility companies and local councils at tenancy start/end Respond to landlord and tenant queries in a timely and professional manner Provide support and ..... full job details .....
