Property Manager Job Type: Full-time Permanent Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Office-based We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join an established and successful property business in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented property professional looking to take responsibility for a varied residential property portfolio and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to landlords and tenants. The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant and managed efficiently throughout the tenancy lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for both landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, managing compliance requirements and ensuring a smooth and professional service at all times. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated portfolio of residential rental properties. Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle, including inventories, move-ins, check-outs and renewals. Ensure properties meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including gas safety, electrical safety and EPC compliance. Maintain accurate records relating to tenancies, communications, compliance and property activity. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
