The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing a proactive and professional service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained. Key Responsibilities Managing residential properties from tenancy commencement through to the end of the tenancy Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance works with contractors and suppliers Arranging and conducting property inspections Reviewing check-in and check-out reports and following up on any actions required Monitoring and maintaining compliance requirements, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and EPCs Keeping landlords informed of property-related matters and maintenance recommendations Handling tenant enquiries, complaints and tenancy issues professionally and efficiently Processing property-related administration and ..... full job details .....
