The role/responsibilities As Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of 122 residential properties, acting as a key contact for clients, tenants and contractors. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the residential portfolio and maintaining appropriate service and compliance standards. Acting as a key contact for clients, tenants and contractors. Carrying out property inspections and overseeing repair schedules and contractor instructions. Managing tenancies and lettings, including quotations for more complex works.
