This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking ownership of a varied and demanding portfolio.The business is renowned for its exceptionally high standards and manages some of London''s most exclusive properties, requiring a Property Manager who is confident dealing with high-net-worth individuals and delivering a first-class customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of a prestigious portfolio of approximately 20 residential and 7 commercial properties across London.Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, residents, high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.Acting as the main point of contact for tenant enquiries, coordinating move-ins and check-outs.Managing maintenance requests and ensuring repairs are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.Carrying out regular property inspections.Ensuring full compliance with current UK property legislation and health and safety requirements.Managing contractors and ..... full job details .....
