The role will involve liaising with occupiers, contractors, landlords and professional advisors, managing service charge budgets, overseeing maintenance and compliance matters and supporting lease and rent review processes.What you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should have previous experience within commercial property management and possess a strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters. Excellent communication, organisational and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
