This is an excellent opportunity for a Principal Associate or Legal Director looking to work on complex, high-value real estate disputes for an impressive client base, whilst playing an active role in the continued growth and development of a highly regarded national practice. The team acts for a diverse range of clients across the retail, leisure, development, investment and public sectors, advising on some of the most significant property disputes in the market. The Role You will handle a varied and technically challenging caseload of real estate litigation, advising clients on strategic and commercially important property disputes. Your work will include matters such as: Landlord and tenant disputesBreak noticesDilapidationsForfeiture and possession claimsLease renewalsRent recoveryService charge disputesLand registration issuesRestrictive covenant disputesRights to lightInvestment and development disputesProperty-related insolvency matters There will also be the opportunity to develop expertise in specialist areas including telecommunications, agricultural property and public law matters.
