Property Litigation Associate Location: Birmingham or LeedsSalary: 67k+PQE: NQ-4 years Yolk Recruitment is working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded national real estate disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-4 PQE solicitor to develop their career within a well-established team, working alongside experienced property litigators on a varied and high-quality caseload. You''ll advise a diverse client base, including major retailers, developers, landlords and public sector organisations, on a broad range of commercial property disputes. The role offers exposure to complex matters, early responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role You''ll be involved in a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including: Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, break notices and dilapidations. Possession claims, rent recovery, forfeiture and service charge disputes. Property-related insolvency, restrictive covenants and land registration issues. Rights to light and other complex real estate disputes. Preparing legal documentation, undertaking research and liaising with clients, counsel and other stakeholders. Managing elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision. Supporting business development, team initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
