The Role You''ll advise a varied client base including landowners, developers, businesses, investors and private clients across a broad range of property disputes, including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Boundary and rights of way disputes Possession and forfeiture proceedings Property contract disputes Restrictive covenants Easements and other land disputes Residential and commercial property litigation You''ll have the opportunity to run your own matters, work closely with clients and collaborate with the wider Real Estate and Disputes teams.
