The Role Join a supportive Commercial Disputes team in Birmingham. Manage a varied caseload covering contractual, property, directors'' duties, nuisance, trespass and wider commercial disputes. Handle matters autonomously while supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation. Work with businesses, insurers, Counsel and other stakeholders.
