Property Litigation Paralegal

We-are-partnering-with-a highly-regarded-law-firm-that-is-seeking-a Paralegal-to-join-their-Property-Litigation-team.-This-is-a-hybrid-role,-requiring-three-days-per-week-in-the Leeds-office-and-two-days-working-remotely.

The-successful-candidate-will-support-solicitors-while-also-building-their-own-caseload.-This-role-offers-exposure-to-a broad-range-of-property-litigation-matters,-including:

• Breach-of-tenancy
• Anti-social-behaviour-and-unauthorised-occupiers
• Injunction-proceedings
• Disrepair-claims
• Claims-against-leaseholders,-including-forfeiture

Key-Responsibilities:

• Draft-and-prepare-claim-forms,-pleadings,-and-witness-statements.
• Prepare-trial-bundles-and-attend-court-to-assist-barristers.
• Conduct-advocacy-in-county-court-for-routine-matters.

Ideal-Candidate:

• Law-degree-(or-equivalent)-with-previous-litigation/dispute-resolution-experience,-preferably-in-property-law.
• Strong-drafting-skills-with-the-ability-to-prepare-pleadings-and-witness-statements.
• First-class-organisational-and-communication-skills.
