The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of high-quality work, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage claims, boundary disputes, and other contentious property matters.You will be advising a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents, and leaseholders, and will have the opportunity to run your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision.Responsibilities

Advise and represent a diverse client base in residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage claims, boundary disputes, and other contentious property matters.Manage and run your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision.Provide clear, practical legal advice and advocacy to clients.Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experienceSolid experience in leasehold enfranchisement and contentious property mattersStrong knowledge of the relevant legislation (Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, etc.)Confident in handling files autonomously with strong attention to detailExcellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skillsA client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware approachWhat’s on Offer
