Are you a property disputes specialist looking to take your career to the next level? We’re working with a leading firm in Birmingham that’s looking to hire a talented Solicitor / Associate with strong experience in commercial real estate litigation.The Role

You’ll be joining a highly respected team that handles a broad range of property litigation work, with a particular focus on:Commercial landlord and tenant disputes – including lease renewals (contested and uncontested), break options, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, breach of covenant, and service charge issues.Electronic Communications Code matters – advising telecoms providers on lease renewals and apparatus sharing.Wider property disputes – including easements, nuisance, restrictive covenants, boundary/title issues, trespass, and beneficial interest claims.Agricultural tenancies – advising landowners and developers under the Agricultural Holdings Act.What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with clients to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation. The team is known for its clear, commercial advice and strong track record in court, tribunal, and arbitration proceedings.Recent Highlights

Acting for tenants in a contested lease renewal tied to redevelopment, through trial and appeal.Defending a blue-chip company in a complex High Court service charge dispute.Advising on Electronic Communications Code lease renewals for telecoms clients.Supporting developers with title issues and restrictive covenant modifications.What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in property litigation, ideally with a commercial landlord and tenant focus.Confident handling cases through court and tribunal processes.A clear, commercial approach to client advice.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Why Apply?
