JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 2-4 years PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
Working within a close-knit team, you will be gaining exposure to a diverse caseload of matters for clients who are high-profile across both the private and public sectors. Advising on a range of contentious property matters, the appointed talented Property Litigation will be dealing with possession, forfeiture, business lease renewals, rent reviews, adverse possession, rights of way, easements and boundary disputes.
THE CANDIDATE:
A qualified Solicitor is sought after to join a nationally recognised disputes team where you can gain hands-on experience with complex matters as well as develop your career in a supportive environment. You will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
