OverviewProperty Claims Manager / Operational Lead – our client is seeking an Operational Delivery Manager with experience in property claims, who can manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and identify opportunities to problem solve and improve service. This role supports operations in achieving overall business unit goals and helps develop client relationships by ensuring client requirements, philosophies and claims handling processes are met.
