Property Block Manager Location: Hove Salary: £34k - £38k DOE + company benefits Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm Property Block Manager - Hove Full UK Driving Licence Required Portfolio: Approximately 400 residential units Are you an experienced Block Property Manager looking for your next opportunity within an established and professional property management environment? We are recruiting for an experienced Property Block Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 400 residential units, predominantly consisting of freehold and long leasehold residential blocks. Reporting directly to the Head of Block Management, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of your portfolio, ensuring buildings are effectively maintained, clients and leaseholders receive an excellent level of service, and all relevant compliance and legislative requirements are met. This would suit an experienced Block Manager who is confident managing their own portfolio and enjoys a varied role encompassing client relationships, service charges, major works, contractors, compliance and site inspections.
