Property Block Manager - Hove Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Location: Hove Hybrid working: Up to 2 days from home following probation Full-time, Permanent To apply you must have a Full UK Driving license and access to transport (free parking available) Are you an experienced Block Manager looking to join a friendly, growing independent property business where you can take genuine ownership of your portfolio? We are recruiting for an established and expanding residential block management company based in Brighton and Hove. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous residential block management experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing their own portfolio and working within a supportive team. The portfolio consists predominantly of smaller Share of Freehold and Right to Manage developments, alongside one larger flagship block. As many of the leaseholders are also directors and clients, relationship building and communication are particularly important within this role. The Role You will take ownership of a portfolio of 300+ residential units, managing the day-to-day requirements of your blocks and acting as a key point of contact for clients, directors, leaseholders and contractors. This is a hands-on role offering a good level of autonomy, while still benefiting from support from the Head of Block Management, Compliance Officer, Accounts Team and administrative support.
