We''re recruiting for an experienced Property Asset Manager to support the strategic management and optimisation of a large property portfolio.You''ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, delivering portfolio reviews, supporting investment decisions, and engaging with senior stakeholders to maximise value across the estate.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement asset management strategies across a property portfolioIdentify opportunities to improve asset performance, value, and utilisationLead portfolio reviews and make recommendations on acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and reconfigurationsWork closely with internal stakeholders, property teams, finance, and external partnersMonitor asset performance against agreed commercial and operational objectivesSupport business case development and investment decisionsEnsure compliance with relevant property, lease, and governance requirementsEssential ExperienceProven experience in Property Asset ManagementStrong understanding of property portfolio optimisation and asset life cycle managementExperience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external partnersAbility to analyse financial, commercial, and property performance dataExcellent communication and influencing skillsExperience working within large or complex property estatesMRICS qualificationRole details3 month contract inside IR35Hybrid with 3 days in the office near HounslowIf you have a track record of delivering ..... full job details .....
