Senior Asset Manager

Our client is recruiting for a Senior Asset Manager to work on existing and future energy infrastructure investment projects throughout the development, mobilisation, construction, operation and post construction expansion phases.The Senior Asset Manager will take ownership of adding value to the network assets you are responsible for. The role of the Asset Manager involves taking a key role in the development, construction, optimization, and growth of heat network assets. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Asset Manager:Monitoring, analysis and reporting of assets, evaluating their performance, risks, and potential for growthParticipating in the delivery of new energy projects during the build and operational phases working with and supported by the wider Team.Become principle senior point of contact (relationship, escalation) for stakeholders and contracted customers associated with the asset.Collaborate with the Development and Connection Teams to identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies for the energy network.Ensure delivery and compliance with the relevant contracts in place, in particular ensuring that the business properly and efficiently administers it''s contracts with authorities and heat network customers.Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance asset performance.Monitor asset performance, tracking key metrics and indicators to assess effectiveness of asset management strategies.Management and control of financial models ..... full job details .....
