Working within SLA''s. Processing and maintaining records relating to rental income, borrowing repayments and other property transactions. Maintaining accurate records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity at all times. Assisting with arranging insurance, valuations, leases and other property related processes. Providing quality service to clients and build a rapport with those you have regular contact with. Managing own workload. Regularly chasing outstanding documentation. Candidate Specification; - Previous property administration experience is desirable. Methodical with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Takes pride in delivering high quality work.
