Our client is an established business and they are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team.

Duties will include; -
* Administering the day to day processes related to property portfolios.
* Working within SLA''s.
* Processing and maintaining records relating to rental income, borrowing repayments and other property transactions.
* Maintaining accurate records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
* Assisting with arranging insurance, valuations, leases and other property related processes.
* Providing quality service to clients and build a rapport with those you have regular contact with.
* Managing own workload.
* Regularly chasing outstanding documentation.

Candidate Specification; -
* Previous property administration experience is desirable.
* Methodical with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Takes pride in delivering high quality work.
* Confident, supportive and friendly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
